Aussie Ashes roundup

Our PM, John Howard has told bosses to be sympathetic to staff who turn up at work with no sleep in light of the fact that 1) the Ashes will be decided in the next 5 days and 2) because of the time difference, it's all in the middle of the night here.

Ian Chappell has blasted John Buchanan, and reckons that Ricky Ponting would do better listening to Shane Warne and Glenn McGrath, and have no coach at all.

The general feeling in Australia is, I guess of both anticipation and dread.. what if the (please excuse the language!) bloody whingeing poms actually do it.... it's going to be a sleepless few nights!

Isn't Chappell being a little too harsh on Buchanan?
